I created a poll because of a few "facts" My current sleep specialist gave me regarding her extensive work with narcolepsy patients.. I am very curious to see her reaction to these poll responses... i think i will add another poll as well.

There aren't enough choices in your second category. Could there be a "none of the above" choice?
Sometimes, a five minute nap is more refreshing than 8 hours of night sleep...for me...and heaven knows we all don't fit your cut and dried description.
