My husband and I are thinking of moving to PA, because that's where he's from.  [We live in Ohio now.]  Anyway, I am a pediatric LPN, working on my RN.  I fell in love with the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, but the HR coordinator told me they make everyone do rotating shifts.  My heart is breaking.  ):  Hopefully I can find a hospital with a peds unit that doesn't force me to do that.  ):

Maybe they'd make an exception? Or at least let you rotate once a month, or something like that. Like one month you work day shift, next night shift, next one, graveyard, etc
