Right Now, i take 3.75 2 dose a night. getting pretty good sleep, am big into play sports, mainly beach volleyball 19. i can perform high level workouts in the heat after a good nightsleep and perform at a high level, but after the workouts i CRASH. its like when im staying active isnt noticable but after im done and mind is slowing a bit i shutdown and get exhausted and a 20-30 mins nap refreshs. try to take nuvigil if i forgot to take xyrem. buti seem to be back to about 85-90 normal with xyrem. but i guess just the vunerability of being unactive and tempted to sleep still will occur. maybe up my dose? hmmm. But xyrem has given me the ability back to my hold self to train hard out side. just make sure to hydrate LOTTTTTTS because how xyrem takes away alot of liquid in your system.
BUT ANY SUCCESFULL COMBINATION, LIST BELOW. WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THEM!
