In light of the decision to keep Juror 3158 During the Casey Anthony Trial last month, I am hoping to have as many people with Narcolepsy as possible take this very simple one question poll about Jury Duty. You can expect to see the results of this poll in an upcoming issue of "The Network" Thank you all for your participation!

I don't know about the specifics of this juror, but I live in Central Florida and it is hard to miss this case! It would be curious if there is a precedent for dismissal from the jury due to N/C. I have never used this as a reason to avoid something, but I have often wondered if I am a hazard and have fallen on patients in my care. I don't know how I succeeded in school and work, but thankfully I did. Only recently got my diagnosis.

A few years back I got picked for the whole jury duty thing nothing like the Casey Anthony case, I am also in Central FL, but a lady in front of me stated she had N so the judge dismissed her. I didn't say anything about mine because I didn't want him to think I was just saying because the woman before had said it. I was in Dade City FL at the time, population is not very big and by this point people had been thinned out it was down to like 25 people. I actually got picked and didn't fall asleep once, thankfully.
