Sleep Sleep And Then Again More Sleep?

I just wanted to know if this ever happened to anyone else. I don't take my medicine on weekends usually. I hate taking medecine so if I can avoid then I do. What happened was: I woke up at I think it was 8 am later than usual because I went to sleep at around midnight. But I did my day up until I think it was 5:30pm I was a little sleepy so I decided well I'll go lie down for a little nap and feel better. I woke up it was like 7pm but felt numb but didn't want to ruin my only day off with my fiancé so I draged my sleepy body to the couch but still I kept falling asleep. I remember trying to talk to my fiancé but I guess I fell asleep while talking. I know I woke up more than once but I felt so numb I didn't want to move. So I think it was 8pm I draged myself back to the bed. I woke up a lot during the night but fell back asleep again. I woke up at my usual 5:30 Am but I still felt numb and exhausted. I do feel a little better but my boss told me I looked tired this morning. Has anything similar happened to you? Should I worry? I see my neurologist soon (dec14th) but he wasn't open to discution last time

When I sleep like you describe, sometimes I feel like I"m in a stupor. It's hard to move or to think quickly. It is a bad feeling. I understand about not wanting to take meds when you don't have to, but sometimes I feel a lot worse when I don't.
btw, it most likely is not a withdrawal from the meds because I used to do this all the time before I was ever dx'd and on meds.
