does anyone else fight this disease without taking prescription medication... maybe with a more holistic approach?
Hey - I am in full support of you trying to fight this without meds. I was on provigil for awhile...which helped but i hated the shaky feeling and I hated not really knowing what else it might be doing to my body. I don't know if it's possible for you, but I have been able to pretty much treat mine with naps everyday. Granted, my case is not as severe as some people's, but scheduling a good nap in everyday has been enough (on most days) to make it. My doctor said naps and coffee are the best natural way to treat it... Also, I have found when I am good about exercising, I tend to do better with it too... Hope this helps!
