I can sure relate to the 4-5 hour nap. It does not happen all the time, but when it does i am down for the count. I hope i can get back to being more diligent about scheduling naps as i think that might help. But...and here is the big thing....I really don't know when i nap if it will be 20 minutes, 2 hours or 3.5 hours. Still trying to figure this out. There is no normal in my world and that is normal.
How many of you have days where you can get by with taking a short nap but sometime during the week, you crash and take a 4 or 5 hour long nap? This happens with me at least once a week and is frustrating because I wasted my day sleeping too much when I could have given my kids the attention they deserve. I'm gonna get up now and do something with the kids outside......maybe a game of soccer.
