Vitamins And Other Food Things

I've been trying to figure this out for a while--since I became narcoleptic. I took a multivitamin with 100% iron in it (as a woman, this helps a lot), but when I was diagnosed I also started taking additional B Vitamins, too. These have given me the added benefit of more energy...
However, I feel like there might be a better way to figure out vitamins. Is there a narcoleptic multi-vitamin, so to speak? One that aims to compensate for EDS and/or possibly a low immune system due to lack of sleep or poor sleep? If not, are there certain vitamins to look out for as far as health goes?
On days I skip my B multivitamin, I notice a marked difference by the end of the day... But I also wonder if there is more....

I take L-Tyrosine and L-Glutamine to help replace the missing 'energizing' amino acids in my brain. It works great and I don't have any side-effects. You might want to check it out. (I take one 500mg capsule of each 2-3 times/day)

I've heard that some people take Armour thyroid meds sublingually instead of swallowing them and waiting an hour to eat. They say this helps their body get the full dose every time, but I'm going to talk to my doctor about that tomorrow because I'm not sure where/how thyroid is actually taken up by the body. And I really need to look into sublingual B because I need that lift during the day.
