Pizza Dough That Rocks

Pizza dough...

You can adjust this as you like. The important parts are the flour, yeast, oil, water...

I have done just about everything to this recipes and haven't screwed it up yet.

3 cups of flour

2 tsp of dry yeast

3 Tbs of olive oil

1 Cup of water

This is your basic recipe. add/mix these things together in order that they appear.

Add 1/4 cup sugar, pepper, salt, garlic powder if you like.

Split in two, let raise for an hour , then spread out into pan add toppings and bake takes 10 to 20 minutes I just randomly picked those numbers I really dont know so pay attention. Thats how I do it. lol!!

my fave thing to do is to add rosemary and sage and two extra Tbs of olive oil and bake it like flat bread....

great with dipping oils

Well actually if you want to make your pizza fluffier put carbonnated water or beer instead of water. Depends on what you like B)
