Is Anyone Else On Seroquel For Sleep?

Now this does not by any means indicate that Provigil/Xyrem is a one-size-fits-all solution, since every person with Narcolepsy experiences it differently.
This is, however, considered to be the most current treatment regimen.
If you can't think straight during the day, it could be an indication that your nighttime sleep still isn't refreshing. Sleep disruptions can manifest themselves in ADD-like symptoms.
When I was on Provigil during the day without Xyrem, I wasn't getting good nighttime sleep so I was having breakthrough sleepiness during the day. I was taking Ritalin on top of the Provigil for those "low" times. Now that I am on Xyrem at night, I wake up feeling refreshed and no longer need the Ritalin (but I still need the Provigil).
Is there a reason you're on Seroquel instead of Xyrem? (If you are a single parent of a very small child, Xyrem might not be indicated because you sleep so soundly that you might not fully wake in an emergency. Likewise, if you are on a sodium-restricted diet, Xyrem might not be right for you.)
