Inspired by Rachels Dad
1/2 chilled pomegranate juice
1/2 vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries.
Puree in a blender.
Then pour in a glass for drinking.
If you are especially cool use a straw.
(A word of caution to those with extreme cataplexy....
keep the straw away from your nose and use a plastic glass.)
